You may have tried hotpot before, but have you heard about
“coldpot” – ChengDu’s style hotpot? That is something you should know if you
are a spicy lover and if you like Chinese food! Unlike traditional hotpot,
“Coldpot” boiled meats skewers and vegetable skewers in hot spicy pot in
advance and put boiled skewers with broth in a cold pot. People choose meat
skewers and vegetables skewers based on their preference from the cold pot. For
me, I prefer coldpot to hotpot because it is so interesting to choose skewers. The
foods taste even better when they are not so hot!
OMG!! COLD POT Is my favor Chinese dish.
